On May 29th was held the official first stone ceremony at ile de Bendor, marking the start of a two-year countdown for Zannier Hotels before taking over the island's management. Arnaud Zannier was joined by representatives of Société Paul Ricard (owner of the island), Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est (in charge of the renovation), the architects and various stakeholders, to present the future plans. The reopening to the public is scheduled in spring 2026.
